Destination Star Trek Europe: Day One

We are live at Destination Star Trek in Birmingham, UK. So far impressions have been very good.

It’s a considerably larger event than the last Destination Star Trek we covered, which was in Frankfurt, Germany. However unlike the recent Comic Con we visited it’s very roomy. It doesn’t feel crowded at all, despite the large number of people there.

More or less every Star Trek actor of interest is here this year. Including George Takei. All of the guests got together for a special photoshoot on the bridge.
