This awesome Gif was recently posted to Reddit. The creator of the rings sells them on Etsy, but he has also made a quick tutorial which you can find here.
Since his coin rings were made famous expected delivery times have shot trough the roof (currently more than a month). But you can find more people that make and sell these rings on Etsy and across the web.
