Intel and Micron’s joint venture IMFT has announced that it has produced a 128Gb die. A package combining eight such dies together would be small enough to fit on a fingertip and boast an unprecedented 128GB capacity. Mass production will start in the first half of next year, and devices using the new dies are likely to start shipping in 2013.

The Hexbug gadgets, they are all over airports and gadget shops all over the world. Chances are you’ve seen one but never thought much of it. And there isnt much to think of them, they are fun toys.
Ive just received the new spider edition, and its fun. Great for a gift, it leaves you amazed a few minutes, while it still gives something to play with for hours when bored.

Its a wireless charger the size of a hubcap that is placed on the garage floor and then charges your car overnight. The previous generation of these devices where almost as big as a car itself and only charged at 80% efficiency, this one however charges at 97% of full efficiency. It might be available for the Chevy volt’s in the us till next year. However the price is somewhat of a shock, 5000$.
